This is Tabby Television

The dream of a crazy bloke from Liverpool, Tabby Television is a budding publisher of programming. It started out as something of an in-joke in the popular sandbox game Garry's Mod 9, but quickly grew into an ambition, a dream.

Then it died for about a year, only to resurface thanks to the miracle of free time.
